Collateral and Communication Process
Communication materials can be customized to each individual client. The materials include the company logos, styles and colors to give them the look and feel the company wants to portray. Diseminating the materials is the key to a successful enrollment. The American Worker has created a three part marketing campaign that includes pre-enrollment postcards, announcement posters and employee enrollment guides.
Pre-enrollment Postcards are mailed to the employee's home to notify them that a new benefit offering and open enrollment will be starting.
Announcement Posters are sent to each location to be displayed for the employees notifying them of The American Worker program.
Employee Enrollment Guides are mailed to the employee's home to inform them of the benefits that are being offered, the open enrollment period and the enrollment instructions.
