To facilitate benefit plan enrollment, we employ the services of our national call center which functions as a single source for benefit explanation and enrollment intake. The call center is staffed by customer service representatives that are licensed agents with at least two years experience with the benefit programs. They provide a no pressure, consultative approach to the benefit election process. The call center frees our clients from having to explain and enroll the benefit plans.

It allows for the implementation of the most effective enrollment method given the scope of the opportunity and capabilities of both the employer and their employees. These alternatives largely depend on the dynamic of the client, yet are available should the opportunity present itself.
