Mid-Medical Plans

Mid-Medical plans are a fixed indemnity limited benefit medical plans designed to cover employees who are either not covered by a traditional medical plans, or for an employer that would like an alternative to a traditional major medical plan that has simply become unaffordable.

The monthly premium is much less than a major medical plans because it pays first-dollar fixed indemnity amounts for the most commonly occurring medical expenses, but may not cover all the expenses resulting from a catastrophic medical occurrence.
